Any really cool cigar places or local rollers that I should check out when I am there? Anyone from the SF area? I'll be there from Sat-Mon.
 
Be sure to wear some yellow flowers in your hair.
 
There is a guy who lives there and enjoys dressing dogs in bee clothes.
 
I went to SF a few years ago and there was a custom rolled cigar shop by fishermans wharf. I do not remeber the name but they were really good, Expensive but mosty shops there were expensive anyway.
 
I too will be heading to San Fran. I will be going at the end of March for Spring Break. I'm glad you brought this up. Let me know what spots you hit up and if they are any good. I would also be interested in hearing about anyone's recommendations for shops near Monterrey as I will be spending a few days there as well. Happy travels Chief!
 
If you're going to SF, you should stop by the Financial District and hop into Cigar Bar & Grill on Montgomery Street. The selection of cigars is poor, but you can bring your own. They have a well stocked bar and while you can't smoke in the main bar, you can smoke outdoors in their courtyard as well as a few quasi indoor lounges adjacent to the courtyard. They do serve food as well, but I haven't tried it. Great place to hang out smoke a cigar and have a few drinks. I stop my every time I stay at the Le Meridien nearby. There are a couple other places to smoke closer to the Le Meridien, but far inferior by my estimation.
