Hey guys,
I'm going to be in Lewisville, TX from 1/7 to 1/11 and was wondering if anyone could tell me which B & Ms would be good to check out. I'm bringing a travel humi and plan to smoke all I bring, but it would be cool if I could come home with a humi full of new sticks.
 
Don't know how much traveling you want to do but some of the guys around here talk about Plano and of course Tobacco Road!
 
In Lewisville you have Up In Smoke which is a pretty cool small shop, and I've heard there is another shop downtown, but I don't know where it is. Not far away in Plano, is Two Brothers (one of my personal favorites). Tobacco Road is in Arlington, and it's definately worth the drive if you have the time.

There's a lot of them here to check out. If you are here on Saturday, then definitely hit up Tobacco Road in Arlington. Mike will treat you right. Up in Smoke in Dallas and Arlington Cigar in Arlington is pretty nice. City Cigars in Dallas is a nice place to meet some friendlies. Seems like there are always people hanging out there the few times I dropped in.

I haven't checked out Two Brothers in Plano yet, but I hear good things. En Fuego in Rockwall is owned by marcsheldon on CP. I'm pretty sure there are some more around here, but that's all I can think of.
 
Well these Gents have pretty much summed it up. In Lewisville, Up in Smoke is a great little shop to stop in, browse the humi and enjoy a smoke. Up in Smoke also has a shop in Flower Mound that is pretty nice... and only 10 miles or so from the Lewisville shop. If you up for a little drive, Tobacco Road in Arlington is a great place to find some good smokes as well as En Fuego's out in Rockwall. There are a couple of other shops as well in the area that are worth considering. Shoot a PM when you are getting closer to your visiting date and I will shoot down to Up in Smoke and smoke one with ya... er... I'll probably be there anyway...

Wow, so many responses in so little time! Thanks guys. I'll definitely check out Up in Smoke (and I'll let you know as the time approaches, Mac), and I'm thinking I'll take the trip to Tobacco Road, among others. I get a kick out of going to different shops when I travel to see what they have to offer and how the store is laid out.

Maybe what I'll do is go to one a day. Up in smoke, Two Brothers, Tobacco Road, En Fuego. I think I got it covered!
 
Ya really need to check out Two Brothers in Plano....you can shoot straight across the Bush tollway and take the next exit north to their shop. They are the only Liga Privada retailer in DFW. Lemme know if you have time free on the 8th cuz we'll probably have a herf that night.
 
Herf you say? Count me in. This works out well 'cause I was planning to make it a Two Brothers Twosday anyway.
 
Well I prolly won't have a formal herf this week in Dallas...but lemme know when you are heading to Plano and I'll meet ya there.
 
If you are going to be travelling through Addison (north dallas) your best bet is Cigar Shop & More. 4285 Beltline Rd (NE corner of beltline and midway) phone is 972/661-9136. They are the best in town IMO. Huge lounge and 60" TV to watch while you smoke!
 
A couple of us are talking about Two Brothers on Tuesday night. Any interest?

Maybe, depends on how tired I am. That's a long drive, especially when I get off at 4:00. Let me know for sure.
 
I'm in the same boat, considering it. Not sure what's going on this tuesday. When you guys decide on some official times (since its a 2 hr drive) I'll make a decision.
 
Never mind, no way Id make that. After looking up on Map Quest that's 3.5 hours, wouldn't make it with work and all. You boys have fun. Lemme know if your in the Houston area sometime.
 
I should be finishing up with work around 5pm on Tuesday. I've already Mapquested Two Brothers and it's only about 18 miles from my hotel. I'm not real familiar with traffic in that area, but I would hope to be there by 6. Hopefully I see y'all there. I'd like to get over to Tobacco Road as well, but I'm not sure which day I'm going to make that trip yet.
 
Wish I could join ya'll but I'll be getting ready for my deployment. Khari- sorry I can't meet you but I'm sure we'll have another time in the future. I have all faith that my fellow D/FW herfers will take care of you. Have fun while in town.
 
I don't know if I can make Two Brothers tomorrow so let me know when you can make it to Tobacco Road. I know Bargogirl would enjoy meeting you, too. (She has family in Alpharetta)
