glue for attaching bands to coolidor lid

You have any recommendations what glue will make them stick and look well. Been collecting past two years bands so I have quite a few. I put them back into coolidor either in a plastic bag or a sack, now just drop them back in.

However, the coolidor is 48qt and plum full of cigars.
