I would be surprised if you even got any cigars after sending your money to this guy. Looks like a total scam site to me. There is a picture of a terrible looking cigar on his home page. He probably linked to someone else's picture on the net, and that person replaced it with an ugly one to get back at him. The effect is funny.

Definetely stay away.
