Garcia Vega's

Today I sat down and enjoyed a Garcia Vega miniature, it's about 5 inches with a 30 ring or so. I just bought some Garcia Vega Presidentes and am eager to have a great smoke with them hopefully tomarrow. Has anyone else smoked these kind? That's kinda about all I'm smoking this week though.

Yup, I've smoked 'em. When I was unemployed about 35 yrs ago. :sign:

Garcia Vegas.. are these the machine roll that come in a glass tube at the local gas station?

duuude! mine came in only the finest glass available! It is Chinese i think....I aquired a sweet box of strawberry apple phillies today. *in heaven* So leave me alone guys, I'm gonna be busy for the next week.
 
The Garcia Vega's that I smoke come in a pack similar to swisher sweet packs in the cellophane.

When I was about 16 or 17, my buddy and I went golfing one day, and we each had a Garcia y Vega in a glass tube (and yes, we thought we were cool). For some dumb reason, after removing the "cigar" from the tube, I dug a little inch-deep hole in the ground, stood the glass tube up inside of it, balanced my ball on the opening, and teed off from it. It's a good thing I was wearing sunglasses, or the glass shards that exploded upward from the head of my driver would have embedded themselves directly in my eyes.

The point of this story is...yes, they do come in glass tubes.

I can only do that with addresses..... I'm not psychic, just psycho. :whistling: My psychiatrist says i'm special and I can have ALL the chinese glass I want.

This post reminded me so much of the scene in Office Space were Mike Judge is asking Jennifer if she "wants to express herself". After she acknowledges that he has the only mandatory pieces of flare. C-Mon JFields tell us about some of the *interesting* flavors and profiles of that Garcia Vega!

The first cigar I ever smoked was a Garcia Vega in the tan tube. Needless to say it was also the last, smoked a few Swisher Sweets, Hava-Tampa's and even a few Black n Milds. I have at present resting in the humi a Pineapple White Owl that was gifted to me by a special BOTL here. Can't wait to try it, and then I will have the completed the "gas station" grand slam. :laugh:

Might want to make a cardboard box humi for that thing. Maybe a shoebox?

??? ??? I never admitted to smoking a Garcia Vega, Did I ??? ??? How did you find me out. :laugh: I used to smoke them about eighteen years ago. I would go to the supermarket to buy them. Thought I was cool at the time. Could not tell you the flavor profile now to save my life. I imagine cow manure would be the first thing that would come to mind.
