Gangnam Style or Condom Star?

This could possibly be one of the worst songs ever. What is our world coming to?
 
This is sure to be a one hit wonder similar to "Hey Macarena"

Enjoy your fame my friend, as it is fleeting.

Or I could be wrong and thousands of weddings will use it to get Granny and Uncle Jim up on the dance floor :sign:
 
I'm not going to lie this song gets any wedding dance floor jumping if mixed right!

He was on Ellen recently with Britney Spears and it was pretty funny. Seems like a cool guy and I quote "the song is about dressing classy and dancing cheesy"... LOL
 
The kids in my Taekwondo class love it! The fact that it is Korean(like Taekwondo) is a bonus! It's fun for now but, I have a feeling that this lame ass song will be in my life for a long time.... ???
 
When I first heard and saw this last month my only thought was WTF. My brother told me at the time it had 10+ million youtube hits in less than 1 month and it made me wonder what was really going on there. Many of the people in the video are South Korean celebrity doing quick cameos. It's one of the weirdest things I've ever seen but he's making money off it.

A quick google search led me to an article that dissects the social commentary of the song and he's basically making fun of the high society in South Korea and playing by the "rules" of the media.

I can't stand that song. I turn the radio off every time it comes on.
 
Oppa gandam syle... 480 million views on Youtube thus far. Pretty big flash. Its a fun song th first half dozen times and then it becomes tiresome, like anything.

Since we have such a large Korean influence here, even have a Korean cable channel called Mnet, my youngest daughter who's into K-pop said the song also pokes fun at the older men who "pose" as flashy, rich guys that live in the town of Gangnam and hit on the young, 20 somethings. Which reminds me.....Vegas is calling. :laugh:
 
Hyuna (the girl in Gangnam Style video). I mean, really, who wants to see a chubby guy dance? The last chubby guy I loved on stage was Meatloaf. :laugh:

Worst songs, really? I really doubt that. There are tons of country songs that fit that bill way before this one :laugh:

I can't believe I'm the only one who caught this. Ellen? Britney? Did you just have it on that channel waiting for Dr. Oz to come on?
