I have for sale 2 boxs of Montecristo's. One No.5 and No.1 I also have some No.4's if anyone wants singles. These are originals no bootleg mail in. Were purchased from a Vacation in Dominican Republic and well you get the rest. Let me know some offers would like to sell both boxs together and hopefully local. Will ship if anyone wants.

Good luck with this. Several folks in just the past three days have crashed and burned quite hard trying to sell something on their first post!

And just some advice, let us at least know where you bought them from and what the box codes/dates are. I'm thinking there is a very big chance that you've got two boxes of fakes sitting there.

Welcome to the CP.

It's helpful to provide some information in your profile and to post in the Lobby and tell us something about yourself. It's considered "bad form" for a first post to be an offer to sell, etc. I'm confidant others will provide helpful guidance as well.

Your boxes are fake! The authenticity seal is on the wrong side (it should be on the left) and the Habanos sticker is on the wrong corner (it should be on the upper right corner). Not to mention the seal is waaaaaay too big.

Go peddle these somewhere else!!!
 
Seems like we have a rash cigar sellers. Why did you purchase them and not want to smoke them? Why sell em here and not to your buds.

I don't think the seal is too big, it's just on the wrong side. I think there is 2-3 different sizes they can use for the seal, provided that they all go on the correct (Right) side.
 
These were purchased from Cigar King in Colonial Santa Domingo. As for the seals and what not i really have no idea about these anyway i opened a box of the No.4 and gave out and tried some with a couple of friends. Cigar smoking isnt really my thing I more liked the Leon Jimenes Cristal's thats why I dont keep them for myself. I can take pictures of the back and everything.

On the bottom of the box, there should be a code. It's on there, or atleast should be. There should also be a Habanos s.a., "HECHO EN CUBA" in side of a ring, and Totalmente a mano in cursive. Somewhere on the botom should be a factory code (3-4 letters) and the Date code (month,year)

What you listed, is on the seal. If there really isn't anything else on the box, you got burned brother...Sorry to say that.

Smoke 'em...if they are good, then smoke 'em and enjoy them. If they're bad...just burn 'em.

Knowing this now, I don't think you would be so inclined to sell them to anyone. They are fakes.

Funny, 1 hour and 4 minutes later he is posting on on another board. I find these stories interesting because it always goes as I wanted to buy some for my friends but i bought too many. Lets face it Cigars are not cheap, let alone ISOM's, buying excess is just not practical for a non cigar smoker to buy that many would be like throwing money away. Unless... there are some shadier forces at work. You migh be honest and just had been taken advantage of in DR, but then again I have heard you can win at three card monte as well.
 
It's quite possible he doesn't know they are counterfit, no need to personally attack him (it'll probably turn uglier than need be now)
