I've pm'd this joker at least a dozen times asking for an explanation of how they screwed up my order and he's never answered. In fact, he won't even answer me calling him out on these threads!

And to add insult to injury, he's giving away Colibris like that's a good thing!
 
He sent me a wrong box of cigar for the Montesino Sun-Grown. I tried to call the phone number but it is always a message replying to me. I tried to email him several times asking him to call me and I never did receive an email reply back. Three months later after the incident I tried to email him again and still don't get no reply to the email. I think this GUY, Mel Shah, is a real JERK, a blood-sucking LEECH vendor to buy cigars from. I hope he ROT in LEPROSY !
