First bowl of pipe tobacco in . . . thirty years?

Thanks to bfreebern and The Recent (Un)Pleasantness known as Newbie War 2009. Yeah . . . I got ROTFOG'd pretty dang hard, and now, for the first time since boot camp back in '77 (when they lit the smoking lamp on Sundays we'd all pull out pipes because we could smoke 'em ALL day) I've got a new corncob pipe smoldering away in my hand, filled with something labeled MacBaren "Symphony."

Nice. Very nice indeed. I'll have to lurk around in this section a bit more, to get caught up to speed again.

I hope you get many years of enjoyment from your new pipe. Contrary to what some think, a properly cared for corncob pipe will last a long time. Keep it clean and it will smoke great.
