I've been notified by eBay TWICE that I have "refused to pay" the piece of trash seller refuses to respond to emails asking how much shipping is. How in hell can I pay him if I don't know how much shipping is?

I asked him how much for shipping on the MRN book and he's ignoring me on that one as well.

This seller is a piece of $hit.

Hey CC. I emailed the seller and asked how much the shipping would be. He replied and said: "This is a fairly heavy book. It costs $17 U.S. to ship it from Canada to the United States."

I wonder if he would ship Book rate. Although I'm not sure that Canadia has that like the US does. Most people don't realize that USPS offers a special rate if a package has only books and periodicals (because they know they are extrordinarily heavy) Check this out.

Bound Printed matter shipping - 4 bucks... USPS says:

Bound Printed Matter (15 pounds or less) must:

a. Consist of advertising, promotional, directory, or editorial material (or any combination of such material).

b. Be securely bound by permanent fastenings such as staples, spiral binding, glue, or stitching. Looseleaf binders and similar fastenings are not considered permanent.

c. Consist of sheets of which at least 90% are imprinted by any process other than handwriting or typewriting with words, letters, characters, figures, or images (or any combination of them).

d. Not have the nature of personal correspondence.

e. Not be stationery, such as pads of blank printed forms.

Also, I have a friend in the UK that buys me stuff and ships it out... I can see if he can track this through London and send me a bunch of copies.

I cannot believe this guy. I've asked him on numerous occasions how much the shipping charges are and he never responds.

He sent me an email asking for my mailing address "so I can calculate shipping charges" then never responded.

Looks like he's going to get his first negative feedback.

This thread was a while back, did you ever get the MRN book?? If not I'd recomend again as so many others did that you get it if you have any interest in ISOM's at all. I got mine in the $80 group buy and I'd pay more now if I had to. It really is porn (although I prefer to think of it as a bible) for ISOM lovers. For the price of a box of small ISOM's you have a book that'll last much longer and provide more entertainment then the box of small ISOM's would.

You can argue the guys ratings and recomndations, but the pics and facts and histories and everything else really is very entertsaining and informative. The white cigar bible is great. If anyone mentions something you've never heard of it sure is nice to be able to just go and look it up in the bible.

Way better then porn, you get all the info, not just turn on's, turn off's, and favorite colors. :thumbs:
