Shaun - if you used that counterfeit bill to purchase something, where you purchased it from would hold you responsible for refunding them the money (or service) they gave you - and would not accept that you got the bill from a bank. Seriously - why should they? Sucks as it might - yes - you COULD go to jail if you used a counterfeit bill even you picked it up at a bank.
But - to others points - much of how you would be treated by law enforcement investigating the source of the counterfeit bill would rest on your cooperating with them in the investigation. If you failed to cooperate and give up the source of where you got the bill, it would most certainly buy you a trip to the Gray Bar Hotel.

What was ironic was reading the post that Sam (in2xshp) posted where he ripped SPIVY on not having the values to follow through on a CP commitment or making excuses as to why he couldn't. Had he heeded his own words, he might still be around.
