Fake Cohibas

Waves, I've been wondering this for a while .... are those glasses on your head or is your hair parted down the middle? It just occurred to me that they may be glasses. Pardon the threadjack :whistling:

they were not cohibas but they were still cuban leaf tobacco.

I have been told by PG that most cuban cigars aren't 100% cuban tobacco. Even some of the legitimate ones have a mix in them.

I didn't get any. It was a quick look 'em over inspect and said , "no, I'm all set."

He said his buddy brought them back from Cuba and he got them from someone on the street. The bands looked good but the quality of the wrappers seemed a little suspect.

Then I was thinking, well, I don't think they are Cohibas, But they are still CC.

I might email him back and offer him 1/2 price.

kona, how you know the "buddy brought them back from Cuba" story is true, he could be making
that up just to sell them. Those fake Cohibas are probably not even made in Cuba.
