A while ago I had posted a thread about how my wife and I were working through and dealing with some medical situations, nothing life threatening, but stressful and trying nonetheless. As a true testament to how this community works, a bunch of you put some good thoughts and prayers out there for us and it meant a lot to know that your thoughts were with us.
Fast forward to now. Good thoughts, prayers, amazing medical research, dedicated doctors, or all of it combined...
There's no other way to say it than this:
I'M GONNA BE A DAD!!
We are overjoyed and just completely floored with excitement about it. We've wanted to be parents for so long and we're going to be bringing a wonderful new life into this world in October.
So thanks to you all for your thoughts, whether you remember sending them or not.
I know challenges lie ahead but I'm ready!
