I was gifted this cigar by a BTOL during this past weekend. I have smoked a couple 1066's before. The 1066 isn't a cigar I buy, but at the same time, I'd never turn one down. This one was a little different from the rest. Construction was very nice, a little soft, but nothing to worry about. Loose draw and tons of flavorable smoke. I smoked it down to the last inch. It changed very little until the last 2 inches. This a cigar you could smoke 2-3 times a day and not tire of it. Good clean tobacco flavor, tons of smoke, great burn. This is much better than the regular line. I think the tobacco is aged longer. I would smoke this one again and again and again... you get the picture.

Good review. FWIW, there aren't too many in this line that I don't like. The Excalibar's are very good and mmmmmmm the Dark Knight's - delicious. Across the board, Hoyo turns out a damn fine cigar.

I'm realizing more and more that you and I must have 100% opposite tastes. So, I'll start sending what i think is really bad to you if you'll do the same :p

Cheers,

That might work out. Be forewarned, you'll wind up with a ****load of candelas, rosados, acids, and any other piece of rolled dog **** I stumble across.

But, as they say, one man's garbage....

That was the Merlin if it was the one you got from me. These were a JR's 1am Special about 8 months ago. A box of 100 for $200 shipped
