I bought a box of these sticks a couple of months ago sight unseen. I usually don't do that, but for some reason I decided to at the time. The price was good (little less than 2 bucks a smoke) and the write-up on them was also good. I have to say that I REALLY like these cigars. They certainly aren't going to compare with some of the more premium smokes out there, but for 2 bucks, I am quite impressed. They are full bodied and provide a rich, chocolate flavor with a slight semi-sweet finish. They are box pressed and I think they are 6x50 (could be off there slightly). They are the kind of smoke that often calls my name after dinner because of the richness of the flavor. I'm more of a medium bodied fan, but this full bodied stick is good because it has a lot of flavor without the harshness. At any rate, if anyone is looking for a good value who also likes full bodied smokes, you might want to give this one a try. If anyone else has tried these, I would be interested to hear what you think.

If you like em it don't matter what others think. I've smoked "Super Premiums" that did not do the trick. I have smoked "cheapos" that were great. :thumbs:

Oh, I'm with ya' cigarsarge. I don't care what others think about them in terms of my own enjoyment smoking them. Everyone on this forum could tell me that they are like dog doo, and that wouldn't change anything. I'm just interested in finding out whether folks here have tried them, that's all. One of the things that I love to do (and I used to do this with wine, particularly cab, zin and merlot, when I lived in Sonoma, CA a few years back) is find great values. In my opinion, it's fairly easy to find a good $10-$15 cigar, but not that easy to find a good $2-$3. Not that I only smoke cheap cigars, I like to splurge on premium smokes as well, but find it fun and interesting to search for those value smokes!

CI know longer sells these??? Boy, that's a big surprise because they were promoting them just a couple of months ago. Hmmm, wonder why that is. Oh well, I know you can still get them from cigarbid.com. However, they aren't selling as many of them now as they used to. I bought a couple of boxes from cigarbid a couple of months ago (and they had a lot to sell at that time). CI was selling boxes of them for about 50 bucks, but you can usually get them from cigarbid for less than that (at least I did). I have plenty to spare if you ever want to do a trade - just let me know.
