Was able to snag a lot of 12 rough shaped stummels for $25. Need to drill the airway, fit a stem, and then sand and finish them.

Most of them have cosmetic defects, but they’ll smoke just fine. Super stoked on my find!

You got it! I just finished one, but I’m going to wait to get some better pictures outside tomorrow. LED lights don’t do it justice.
