I am a bit perplexed...temp hasn't changed much outside, haven't added or removed sticks, but my Desktop humi jumped up 5 degrees this weekend. Is there something going on that I am not aware of? Does having too many sticks in your humi tend to raise the temp?

Thanks
Mike

How old is the battery on your hygrometer? The one I have in the chairside, when the battery runs low, the readings go out of whack like that. Just a thought.

Maybe they're fermenting. It could happen.

Doc.

I had a small desktop that was always a few degrees warmer in the evening than in the morning. I stayed home sick on day and noticed the sun hit it directly through the open window blinds from 3 to 5 pm. Solution, I moved the humidor. :whistling:

Well I changed my battery and reset my readings...still kind of high. Went from 74 to 70 ???

Doc, is this possible or are you joking?
I thought the same thing, my humi is only half filled. I have a lot of maduro wrappers in it though....I might be a bit paranoid

My desktop is in a small cabinet out of the sun, in fact its in the opposite corner from the window...

I am stressing, this is gonna be a hot summer and I may need to invest in a Fridg-a-dor.

I love torturing the paranoid. It gives them validation.
