Are any of your Dogs cigar friendly? Mine, "El Mariachi (as in the gunslinger of the "Mariachi, Desperado, and Once upon a time in Mexico" trilogy), was giving me funny looks when I used to light up, but lately, he has been joining me, seeing my pepin and raising me a puparillo.

Linky

Once he figures out stay, I will try to have him post a review

(Yo quiero uno habano, ahora!!!!!!)

If coming from behind and stealing my well aged Padron 2000 is cigar friendly then yes, but by my definition no he is not!

Just don't accidently pick up a dog turd thinking it's a double robusto.

I thought those are left by the "yard gar gnome" :sign:

My dogs sit right next to me. Nothing like sitting on the back patio with a nice stick, a nice drink and my dogs just looking at mountains reflecting on the day.

In the interest of the current "contest," I shall post:

What a nice looking dog you have!

hott_mic, we're goin' for the gold okay!?!?

I've had two labs since I started smoking cigars. Ben the yellow one (May he RIP) used to show no fear and even licked up ashes that missed the ashtray. The new one, Chance the wonder dog, heads for the hills as soon as he sees the cigar, lit or not. If I get him out on the deck with me and I get ready to light up he'll stand at the door to the house and cry to be left in.

Wish that worked with my wife

My black lab Eli aways keeps me company when I smoke. It does not seem to bother her at all. I mostly smoke in my den too.

Same with mine....but I smoke in garage(on comfy chairs) or on the porch!

I ususally have a cigar when I walk the dogs, so Merlin gets excited when he hears me picking through the humidor.

My lab seems to enjoy it because it's usually associated with a nice long stroll while he plays.

I have a few dogs, My husky Sara gets excited, she knows it either means I sit in the den, back yard or long walk either way we are going to hang out. She used to steal them and has even chewed through a box to get to the cigars inside. After getting sick about a dozen times she has at least stopped eating them on a regular basis and just enjoys the smell of the smoke.

When my bulldog Dozer sees me pull a cigar out of the humi, he starts to get excited, too. He knows we're gonna hang out on the back porch for awhile, maybe even play a game of fetch. I've also noticed that whenever I cut my cigar he's always trying to scarf up the cap. Luckily it doesn't make him sick. I think he might be addicted!

My Bully doesn't care one way or the other. Now, if I took him to the cigar bar that would be a different story. He loves the ladies ;)

I've got two boxers and smoking a cigar on a beautiful texas day while they play in the yard and the wife will sit outside and read a book. That is one of the most calming, relaxing, enjoying cigars ever.

Cigars don't bother my pug Rocky:

He usually gets excited when he sees that I've got a smoke because it means we're either heading out back or out for a walk. I do have to cut the cigar over the trash now - the errant snipped cap is gone a half a second after it hits the floor.

Our Jack Russell hates it when I light up inside, he will purposely stand away from me and his eyes tear up and he whimpers. I feel sorry for him. Outside he could care less....

Both of my dogs run when they smell the smoke of a cigar. However if there is an unlit cigar they sniff it. Not sure if the like the smell or just want to know what the hell it is. Im always worried that they will eat it one day. If I come home from the B&M and set my purchase down for a second there right there sniffing. Never have gotten one, I must be to quick for them

HA your lucky, I set my down for a second to open the humi and the dogs are off playing tug-a-war with the bag and theres always a stick missing if it gets to this point. Last stick they got was an Opus X A. Thank goodness for the coffin.
