We just got a very small allocation of Dogfish Head Black & Blue and Red & White. These are very hard to get, so if you are interested jump on them now.

Interesting what people call rare. These beers can't be sold even when they're on sale around here. BTW, these are beers that need to be aged and are not that great to begin with.

I agree with this statement.

Mathew, Mathew, Mathew...

IT'S RARE! IT HAS TO BE GOOD!

I did like their Pumpkin Ale last fall. Not much else that I find remarkable from them as of yet though.

I like their Chicory Stout. The World Wide Stout isn't bad either, but I can only drink one.

90 minute is a solid DIPA but I'm not a fan of many of their other beers.

I enjoyed the Pumkin Ale as well. The rest is hit or miss for me. I like the Indian Brown, but it is nothing special.

I wish I could find their Barley Wine locally.

I wonder if I've tried that. How does it compare to Pumpking Ale by Southern Tier? I've yet to have anything come even close to as good as the Pumpking.

I hear a lot of people say it's gimmickly. I just think they experiment, which is fine. Unfortunately, they are more known for wacky beers instead of their core group of beers, which are also a little out there.

I just saw Dogfish featured on some show about breweries and home brewing. It was a good show actually, but can't remember what it was.

Never had the Pumpking Ale, but all around it was probably one of the better Pumpkin Beers I have had. Great Lakes had one on tap a couple of years back that was really tasty. IMHO, a lot of the pumpkin beers are terrible, specially the ones marketed by the major breweries.

I tried like 10 different pumpkin beers this season, and DFH was leading the pack until I found the Pumking. But, second best is still pretty good, imo.

I watched Beer Wars and he was one of the main focuses in the piece. He seemed like he was a decent guy, genuinely interested in making good beer for people, but I haven't sat down and looked him in his eyes, so what do I know?
