Does DHL ship to Dominican?

Does anyone have experience shipping cigars or personal items to the Dominican using DHL or FedEx? Puffstuff gave me some solid insight about shipping in general with DHL (keep each package under 3 lbs.), but wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone has done this before?
