What a GREAT DAY !!! Got to hang with some awesome guys. This event was SOO much better than last year. The Barrel aged DLRIS was INSANE, as was the Vanilla Bean DLRIS... (more on that later)

Woo Hoo, great fun. I liked meeting the people in line. I didn't know that I should bring beer to trade. Everyone was pouring samples and trading beers in line. I tried so much beer I can't remember it all.

Word on BA was that the event was a complete cluser-f@$K this year...punks and retailers scalping beer to others standing in line, hundreds of people sent home empty-handed when they ran out before all could get served (even though they showed up an hour before the event started), line cutting to get a second crack at the beer, etc. Bottles are already selling on eBay for $120 per. Sounds like something's spiraling a bit out of control and that FFF should re-evaluate things to make sure the beer gets in the hands of the people who really appreciate and enjoy it, not people looking to make a buck on it.
