Distribution Lists

Is it possible to set up distribution lists for PM's or emails inside the actual CP site? I would like to set a distribution list for CPI to send out any announcements etc...

Also, these would be really handy when running passes or group buys. If this is what I think it is, then we could just type one pm and send it to everyone in the pass. And not have to copy that pm, then paste it over and over again as you bring up each person involved.
