I placed an order, via phone, with Cuban Crafters in Miami back in March. I used my credit card and Cuban Crafters billed it imediately. Fast forward to late July and my order has yet to be shipped/delivered. Numerous phone calls from me to Cuban Crafters have all resulted in the same response that "we're waiting for them to come in from central america".
I really love their cigars, I have been in their store many times, placed many other orders over the phone, met many of the sales gents, and have even personaly met the owner Don Kiki himself. In short, I have been a loyal customer and have spent thousands of dollars with them.
I am a resonable man and can fully understand if there were issues like a fire burned down the factory or something. But in the last 4 months I have heard nothing whatsoever as to why the delay. Nada
My loyalty and patience are thin.
As an aside, JR cigar sends me a magazine every month and it usually goes right in the trash. Coincidentally today I recieved this months JR cigar mag, and I am saving it.
