crack in my colibri lighter?

I have had a colibri lighter for about a year now. It is one of those with the clear reservoir tank. It has sort of a rounded look to it. Anyway, today I was getting ready to light up and I noticed a crack in the reservoir. The outside doesnt look or feel cracked, but there is a starburst type mark on it that is on the inside. There are also 3 little starburst marks above it. The large mark is about the size of your pinky nail, or a little smaller. What caused this? I dont remember dropping it last night, but I did use it a few times. What are my options here? Is it going to continue to crack? Can Colibri replace the reservoir? Is there any kind of warranty?

Send it back to Colibri. If its less than a year or so old they will replace it for free.
if its older than that they will replace it at a prorated cost to you.
