I've wanted to do this thread for a while. What cigar do you think deserves more respect, and why?

My choice: Joya de Nicaragua Celebracion Consul. This stick has a nice balance of tangy sweetness and Nicaraguan bite. It's kinda of like an Antano and a Padron 2000 mixed together. And for $13 a fiver, you just can't lose.

I like the Mayorga maduro robusto. For less than $40 a box, it's hard to go wrong with these.

Where did all the Padron Fumas go to? At $39 for 25 cigars how could you go wrong.

Oliva Serie G Maduro ... damn I sound like a broken record. $3
Genuine Pre Embargo Counterfeit Cubans <$2

Ive had the Torps and I must agree. They are pretty good and at that dollar you cant go wrong.

Padron Fumas have been discontinued.

As far as underrated I would have to say the Fonseca Serie F robusto. I used to be able to snag all the 5ers I wanted off the Devils site for $13 or less. They have recently gone to beyond what I will spend. I guess other people started figuring out how freakin good these sticks are :(

You just need to keep your eyes open and bid early. I got a 5'er for $11. That being said, I've only had 1 and wasn't too enthused. The smoke seemed thin and whispy and it wasn't as full-bodied as I expected.

Sancho Panza double maduro don't seem to get much love, but I like 'em. :)

You wouldn't happen to have a bundle/box you'd like to sell would ya?! :whistling:

I miss them. They need to bring them back.

I just ordered a bundle of Tampa Sweetheart Maduros. Never had them, how are they?

JR's Connies... so far, haven't had a bad one, and i hear with some age, they get better.

Yes!
I always manage to forget about these smokes, but they are quite tasty!

I love to flog the LGC Wavell. A $3 cigar that has a lot of character and one that I prefer to the Padron 2000.

I used to love the El Rico Habano, but they haven't been as good in recent years. I never hear them mentioned on the boards.

Indian Tabac Super Fuerte Maduro Churchill...i'm a broken record with this cigar but i love it...my B&M sells it for about 2.50-3.00

St Luis Rey is the most underated - boxes for $50 and one of the tastiest NC cigars I have ever had when stored properly.

Maria Mancini De Gaulle

Carlos Torano Signature

Another vote for the Mayorga Maduro - Toro size. Just damn tasty for $2-2.50 a stick.

Also, if you smoke 'em young, the Sancho Panza Double Maduro are mighty tasty.

Pushing it a bit is the Camacho Negro. I think these are $3-4 a stick but they are a different beast from the rest of the Camacho lines. Very flavorful and plenty of oomph for the money.

Montecristo Peruvian Fer de Lance. A small stick but packed with muscle.

I'll second the motion on the consuegras--always good but an occsional tight one.
Picked up a box of Perdomo "The cigar" coronas, very good for the price.

I honestly think hands down profile/strength vs price its the Punch Gran Puro, you can get them retail at ~$3 a stick or pretty regularly off cbid at $2 a stick.
