This is my coolidor that I just completed. This in part to all the great info from all the members on this site who posted information. Thanks. Tell me what you think. For those in the Pa, De, Nj. area. I bought the spanish cedar at Delaware County Supply in Chester. Its off the first exit heading North out of Delaware. They were great. Had a lot of cedar. Plus they milled it all for me right there at the shop. $40.00 for the board. (11"x9' 5 quarter thick.) $36.00 for labor and taxes. Ask for Tom in the shop. He was great about doing it. For all or any homebrewers here is my system also. Great homebrew & great cigar......heaven.

good try.,.... re edit. click on the pic icon, and paste the url in there....

Nice setup. I just finished a 100qt and a good way to stand it up nice is cut the bottom handle off, as well as the two little brackets that hold the pins and get some strong double sided tape (or non-toxic glue) and stick on some flat rubber pads underneath. It's a little more steadier than it sitting on the handle.

Whatcha cookin' up there?

Looks pretty cool"idor"...good luck.
You need to stop by Holt's and get some Opus... :sign:

Both of those are great set ups bro!!!
I'm a newbie brewer!!!

Nice set up. Like the way you utlized the slotting in the cooler for your shelves.

Ahhh much better now.

Good set up there, it will keep ya for about three or so months until your out grow it..

Nice job. You might want a few OUST fans to help with air circulation. The holes in the cedar look fairly small.

Yeah, I'd cut those holes to about 1 inch at least. Might not need the Oust fans though. Check your RH on each shelf to see if the air is actually moving.

BTW, its already TOO SMALL! :sign:

i thought about bigger holes, but If you can see in the picture(I know it's tough) the shelves dont go all the way back. the back board is 5/4 thick. the original board size before milling. therefore there are channels that run the whole length. plenty of air flow. right now i'm only using a sponge. waiting on humidity bead delivery this week. holding 65-67.

Sounds good. Then Bruce's recommendation regarding the humidity on each shelf would be appropriate.

In other matters, the top shelf seems to cut the amount of cigars you can store. From what I can see, it appears that storing cigars on that shelf is not an option.

yeah i agree, but the shelves are removable and you can configure them any way you want to. in reality this will just be storage for full boxes to age. I threw the loose cigars in there just to show possibilities.. I have a bigger 250 ct. table top humidor for singles. In fact the loose cigars in the photo are "cheapie" cigars I give to my neighbor who smokes a cigar as quick as a cigarrette. he was killing me so i bought about 150 "neighbor quality cigars" for him.

I saw your setup for your kegs. Good job. I use an old fridge. How long have you brewed?

2 1/2 weeks...
I'm more of a brewing newb than cigar newb!!!
Its an adictive hobby. If you have any questions write.
Thanks for the offer bro... Trust me, I will need all the help I can get!!!
