Well, the wrapper is nice and dark with some nice even veins.
After cutting the cigar I tried the draw....nice and even.
The cigar is not spongy or firm...just right!
The initial draw shows hints of chocolate and maybe some cinnamon...although a grassy-ness showed through.
Initial draw held tons of smoke. The flavor has died a little since these were released...aging well I suppose.
The amount of smoke is truly awesome!
The first third seems to hold the promise of how well this smoked fresh....it's mellowed some, yet still has a lot of taste.
The ash is not flaky...more even and rich, nice and light/dark.
Into the second third it's a little more 'sharp' on the taste buds. Maybe I'm smoking to fast...so I slowed down.
Still a little sharp.
The middle is a little more earthy, less candy flavor and more tobacco...maybe the grassy-ness is coming around.
The bite has toned done a little. Still, the nicotine can be felt if I draw to many times to fast.
It's tough to enjoy this while doing a review...so, I'll smoke the last 1/2 and maybe add more later.

I smoked the rest of it down to just beyond the band. Very nice. I look forward to smoking another in a few years!
