When will they ship, as per anyone's experience here.
I've read they are "unresponsive."

guess it depends:
have always gotten great service and Vern's been great to talk to on the phone.
others haven't had the best luck w/ it.



eitherway, a great product that I'd recc. in a sec. for humidification.

When I placed my order he was real busy. Between being busy and the holiday mail it took a while to get my beads, but I am glad that I listened to a lot of other peoples advice.

What discount? I asked but did not get one, guess because I am a new customer to him and recently joined CP.
