Climaxx

I would like to simplify and get some more climaxx. Joe M being the true awesome guy he is sent me one thing of 65%, but I need some more I think. Also how was it that this thing works...add dist h20 with dropper thinggy and forget it or.....There is a post somewhere explaining that I am sure, but apparently I am unable to read. I would greatly appreciate some input and guidance from youse guyses...Thanks
