Dear Members,We will be having a CigarPass.com Herf in Las Vegas, NV. It will be the weekend of August 10-12, 2001. There is no set itinerary. We are still playing it by ear. Most likely we'll get together on Saturday/night. So far myself (Rod), GilV and Jeff are all going. If you would like to attend this event, PLEASE send me a message by May 19. I need to know who else would like to attend so that we can start making some plans.Thanks,Rod
 
So we are still on? I hadnt heard anything in a while so I havent booked anything yet. If this is definite please post hotel info and such and Ill make reservations next week.Thanks for putting this together.
 
Jeff,Gil is staying at the Bellagio. I don't think we will all be staying at the same hotel. I think it would be nice for us to get together on Saturday & Saturday night for dinner, and go check out some Cigar Lounges. It's going to be a small group; so far just the three of us. I am going to start looking for some good Cigar Lounges we can goto. Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions.I might be staying at the Mirage; if not the Mirage, than most likely the Golden Nugget. The date is definately the weekend of August 10-12. ok, Ill look at the mirage and bellagio and book my stuff this weekend. I was hoping we would have about 10 people from the site there. Do you think everyone has head about this? Is there a way to maybe send an email to all of the members seeing if there is any other interest? Ill be bringing at least 2 boxes of isoms for everyones smoking pleasure. Looks like the 3 of us will be smoking them all!!!
 
Great! Now there's 4 of us definately going. It might be a small group, but at least it'll be fun. :)
 
It will be more than fun. I'll contact a few folks I know (Excaliber5,Cigarbabe, others) and this will ROCK!

BTW, I wasn't really serious about the boycott thing. But with stuff like this, it makes ya want to. Doesn't it?

Interesting article. I can see having small areas for non-smokers, but I definatley wouldn't want to see the entire gaming area smoke-free. If this happens, I would think that business would decline. The only thing I don't like is when I'm at a hot table and the person next to me lights up cigarette after cigarette (chain-smokers), it can be extremely unpleasant to a cigar smoker. I'll most likely be staying at the Golden Nugget.
 
CP HERF HAS BEEN CANCELED/POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE WILL MOST LIKELY HOLD THE CP HERF DURING WINTER, AS THE AUGUST DATE ISN'T WORKING OUT FOR SEVERAL MEMBERS.
