There is going to be a great day in Rio Rancho New Mexico! For the first time there is going to be a cigar roller in town Nov. 19 Friday. Carlos Diaz the grandson of Rolando Reyes owner of Puros Indios Cigars will be at Factory Direct Cigars & Imports for a afternoon time of cigar smoking and rolling! Guitarist Ivan Rane and food! If your in town this day? Stop by. 2345 Southern Blvd.

:) Here I is!

Nice "little" shop, the store itself is a humidor! Kind of high on the humidity side and not big on selection but they do have a few full boxes of PAM 64 & 26 at good prices. The only bitch is the tobacco tax is a killer :( If he will post his stock of PAM boxes and anyone wants me to pick them up I would be happy to. Maybe you can get around that tobacco tax if it is an internet order.

The owner is a frequent visitor to that southern Island and has some nice Photos up on the walls taken in the factories.

I think the 1926's are both Maduro:

#6's - $388.20
#1's - $648.00

Hello my cigar smokin friends! :D

This " little" cigar shop is 800 sq. ft of humidor. The humidity is at 74%. The selection they have is over a hundred brands.Cohiba,Montecristo, Romeo Y Julieta,
Bolivar,Punch,Hoyo,H-Upmann,Partagas,Gurkha,La Gloria,Fuente,Helix,Avo,Padron,
The biggest selection of Acid cigar around. A full line of Puros Indios cigars, One is 18" long! The Chief! and more! When the Cuban cigar roller from Puros Indios is there the 19 of November, they will have 10% off all full cigar boxes. Special prices on all cigars as well. The owner will work with anyone who want to buy PAM
1926's on the internet to get around the tobacco tax. The owner has been doing this for a long time on Cigarfamily.

Have a great smokin day everyone! :-)~~~~~

Easy killer! :p Not trying to dump on the store. It is nice, I am just comparing it to Monte's Pueblo Pipe Shop downtown were I do most of my purchasing from, biggest selection I have seen in this or any state. And no tobacco tax!!

I met the owner’s wife last week and she was very nice and very helpful. :) She said that the selection would be made larger very soon. As for the 800 sq ft humidor... Well the store may be 800sq ft but 2 10ft sections on the walls does not constitute a 800sq ft humidor. :(

By the way, when you use the code buttons you need to click "close all tags" to make them work. ;)

Well Joe, I'm not sure what you guys consider a large store or the biggest selection of cigars over there in New Mexico but if and when you come to Orlando, I'll show you what a cigar store is....... :D  :0  :D

Take a look at the link below of the Corona Cigar Company

http://www.coronacigar.com/Visit_Central_F...r_Bar_aid8.html

I'm sure that others that have come down here can chime in and offer up their $0.02 as well. :)

Hello Joe,

All cigar stores are nice to have around. I would better say in Rio Rancho then drive miles away to Albuquerque to buy smokes. You say you pay NO TABACCO TAX? Do the Indians own the store? I'm happy to have a cigar store in Rio Rancho finality.Maybe I'll see you on the cigar roller day..11/19/04
"YOU DON"T HAVE TO BE AN OLD FOGEY TO ENJOY A GOOD STOGIE" :D

Charlie, I was at that store about 3 years ago while visiting family in Orlando, that is a nice place! ;)

I do agree with you Sebastian, all though there are 2 other cigar shops in Rio Rancho {one is down the road from you behind the Burger King on 528}. Due to my health I spend quite a bit of time at the hospital around the corner for Monte's so the travel is not really a problem. And yes, it is owned by Indians as is the other one they own by the star casino {in the Warrior gas station on 550}. I thank you for the invitation on Sat, my father and I will try to make it in! As I said, if you would like to post your full boxes of PAM's I would be happy to help out my friends here and pick them up and ship them out! ;)

It was very good to have the Cuban cigar roller at Factory Direct Cigars & Imports.Four hours of food, Music and cigars, Great cigars and prices! Carlos & Joey from Puros Indios made the night ! That morning we gave a box of Maxima Reserva Churchills to Governor Richerson. After it was all over, we had a great meal on top of the Sandia's. A night to remember. Factory Direct Cigars will do it again.

Sebastian :-)~~~~
