Merry Christmas everyone. What kind of cigar related items did Santa leave in your stockings? Me I got some SC Fabulosos, a bottle of Oban single malt and some double nine dominoes. Am I in Cuba?

I didn't get anything cigar-related this year, but the Frau and I had an agreement that we weren't exchanging gifts for ourselves this year (which, of course, we both disregarded!).

Unrelated, William, I've been to the distillery in Oban (quaint little harbor town). I could live there -- either *in* the distillery or just in the village...

I did plant the seed a few times this year.... "Honey, I know you're afraid to buy me anything cigar related because you don't know what I want, but if you ever want to buy cigars, the brand Illusione is one where I'll like anything you get.....Illusione...there are other brands I love, but that one is foolproof....Illusione, it's just illusion with an 'e' on the end.....Illusione." Nothing yet, but the seed is planted.

Nothing Cigar related. I typically don't get presents (single Dad of a young one, no family nearby), But a friend surprised me with a Spyderco Cricket. Cool little knife that can lift a cap off of a cigar beautifully.

I got a gift card to Civil Cigar lounge in DC. I also got a Padron 1926 #9 and a LFD salamon. Got some al oval stuff too.

I didn't get any. Surprising because the wife usually gets something but no dice this year. I was dropping hints on some more partagas spanish rosados from JR because they still have some. Ah well....must have been because she was out of town for work just the week before..

Nothing cigar related, but I did give some cigar gifts, some of those pot table lighters, which I like a lot and some of those 4 holed table cutters. I did get a stand mixer from my wife which I was thrilled to get. That's turning the tables a bit I'd say since my wife would frown on getting a motorized kitchen or cleaning appliance for a gift. But I like to make stuff at home and this will make things a lot easier and hopefully better.
