I am sure I should know this, but I dont!
Based on the Cuban naming system using non cuban examples

Marka = Brand = La Gloria Cubana
??? = Line = Medio Tiempo
Vitola = Size/Shape = Robusto (5x54)
Frontmark = Unique brand name for size = this cigar does not have one
Capa = Wrapper = Ecuadorian Sumatra
Capote = Binder = USA Broadleaf
Tripa = Filler = Insert long list
Fortaleza = Strength = Seco for this one

So what is the designation for the individual lines in a brand

Yes!
Only thing I can add is it's "Marca"

Frontmark = Flor Fina 8-5-8, Work of Art Maduro, or Curly Head as examples

Tripa = filler including short and long

"So what is the designation for the individual lines in a brand" = Frontmark 🙂

??? = Line = Medio Tiempo (Not
Sure what you're asking here)

Yes, I typo'd Marca...thanks
I thought Frontmark was the "name" giving to a Vitola instead of using the Vitola name. Let me use a San Cristobal for an example.

Common name: San Cristobal Revelation Legend

Marca: San Cristobal
Line (this is what the ??? are about) what is the Cuban equivalent if there is one - Revelation
Vitola: 6.25x52 Toro
Frontmark: Legend
Capa: Ecuadorian Sumatra
Capote: Nicaragua
Tripa: Nicaragua
Fortaleza: Ligero

I guess the Cuban equivalent for the "line" might be a Partagas Lusitanias vs a Partagas Serie D No 4

Yep... Sorry, didn't mean to come across the grammar or spelling police. Siri/autocorrect screws me often and I don't catch it.

I think we are saying the same thing, but differently. 🤔

I would think Lusitanias, Esplendos, Sir Winston, Siglo II etc would be more of a Frontmark than a line while something like Series D, Series E, Connossieur, Linea Classic, Linea 1492, Behike etc would be considered the line/series.

Have you looked at the Habanos catalog? They just call them lines. Cohiba has 4 lines within the Marca, Linea Classic, Linea 1492, Behike, and Maduro 5.
