Spring is in the air, and cigar smokers are getting ready to hit the golf course.
I figured it was time to show off 2 of my golf cigar holder products.

The Grip Clip and the Cigar Compadre are 2 different designed cigar holders, and both will do a great job.

Click on detailed description for additional pictures that show the 2 products in use.

I tried smoking a cigar on the course once and it was just too difficult for me to enjoy either the cigar or the game. However, one of those clips would probably work great for BBQing or fishing!

I use a Grip Clip for fishing and golfing and it kicks ass. Also everybody thinks that you are way over the top with you cigar hobby and they are very jealous!

Can you get this one???

This one works really well, and I have been looking at getting a couple, and would much rather purchase from a BOTL...

Also, this golf tool looks to be pretty cool...

I find it best to have my cigar holder handle my club as well:

My day would be improved by using that holder.

My game would probably suffer.

Eeny...meeny...miney....mow?.......

Just noticed how old those clubs are.....she is probably as old as I am!

I had a bet I won that I couldn't hit a persimmon 3 wood over 200 yards....I killed it. I got 3 tries but hit it 229 off the turf.

I use a CigarMinder all of the time. It works well, and
I gifted one to a BOTL for Xmas.

I have since acquired a CigarCompadre, which is considerably
smaller in size. I'll be trying it out this spring/summer.

The only problem with the CigarMinder is the size. It takes
up quite a bit of space in a golf bag pocket.

I tried a cigar holder that snaps onto a golf bag snap. It
worked well, but was easy to lose. Next time I get one, I'll
drill a hole and use a ball chain to keep it from disappearing.
I think it was called a Cigar Jockey.

That is pretty good with a persimmon wood. Those are hard as hell to hit. My dad has a couple and I tried to hit them, and it didn't work out that well for me; but that was probably almost 10 years ago when I had just started playing. I should break them out again and see how well I hit them now...

I have seen the holder that clips onto the bag, but wasn't really impressed with it. I do understand what you are saying about the size of the Cigar Minder though, it is a bit large. My dad has one that he keeps on his golf cart at all times, and I would like to have one in my bag. We have another friend that we golf with quite often with the CigarCompadre, he likes it but it is really a single user piece. Since you place the butt of the stick in the holder, where as the CigarMinder, you could potentially let another person use it when you aren't (if the person is a close friend or family). If I were to purchase one and leave it on my dad's cart, then the other regular that we golf with would probably use it from time to time when I am either not golfing or not smoking.

I would still clean it before/after each use, but cleaning would be much easier with the CigarMinder.

Cigar Minders will be in next week. $7.99 each. Maybe a quantity price.

That is a pretty sweet looking cigar holder. But a bit big, don't want to have to carry that to every shot with me. I like the ones that clip onto the bag, but can also be used to clip onto the cart in needed.

It's actually pretty convenient. Goes right in my golf bag. It's very light, but durable, and I just stick it into the ground. Don't have to bend over to pick up my cigar after my shot.

It seems like a pretty convenient tool if you regularly walk and carry your bag. Unfortunately, most of the time I play I am forced to use a cart. Most of the time I play in tournaments for the club that I am a member of, and they don't allow you to walk the courses. When I am in a cart, I don't like having to carry around extra stuff when around the greens and walking from cart to my ball, I know that sounds lazy but....

There is a metal one, like Cigar Jockey, on CigarMonster.com today.
Check back there between 11pm and midnight EST, for the Mash-up.
Another chance at all of the deals, except sell-outs.

My local sells one for about $2.50 that folds up to look like a ball mark fixing tool. It is light weight and fits in your pocket. The only downside is having to bend down and pick it up. I use this when I reach the green.
