This might be flirting around the edges of the source rule.

No they sell both so if your not allowed CC in your area then guess your only buying non cubans.

You didn't piss me off or make me feel anything one way or the other.  I was just pointing out that as a site that does sell CCs (whether or not they sell NCs doesn't matter) posting their name and something about a sale could be considered a violation of the source rule.  Whether it is or not isn't up to me to decide which is why I worded things the way I did.
 
That being said, I wouldn't purchase from them because I don't know them.

It's in the retail forum - no issue.

The GB part in the subject and contact info ...that's not good.

If you want to steer folks - just tell them there are deals there.

If you want to do a GB...post in that area and set something up - with no source info.
