Anyone had these before? They looked good and I really like Torano's so I got a 5'er (5x50 in glass tubes) for $16. Probably paid too much but I have never seen these before.

Any opinions?

I bought a box from Famous and sent them back. I think that they are the worst Torano product I have ever had. And I usually love Torano stuff. They were terrible! IMO.

As a cigar newbie, I really liked the one I had a few weeks ago; a Churchill, Maduro.

I suspect it will not be the Torano of choice for those going after a full-bodied flavor, it struck me as being on the milder side. Since I'm new, that's just fine with me, as I haven't developed a taste for the heavier stuff yet. I prefered it over the Torano 1916 I've had, for example.

It smoked very well and was constructed nicely too.

This was one of the first cigars I ever smoked. I really liked them and still do when I want a milder smoke.

Lit one of the 5 up last night.

While it was a good smoke with good flavor, nice construction and slow burn it is not my favorite in the Torano line. I like the Signature, Exodus Silver and Exodus Gold the best.

Maybe I got nothing but duds, but I've yet to smoke a Torano I've enjoyed

Not bad but definately not anything compared to the Signature or the 1959. Sorry had to post about these Toranos besides PAMs these have been my favorite cigar lately.

I love the Signature line. It's currently one of my "go to" smokes. Great flavor, tons of smoke and the ash is always white, white, white... Ummmm.
