Carlos Fuente signed poster/picture

I am sure this is the right place to ask.  I recently  6 months ago leased a 13000 sqft industrial space for my alumunum fabrication buisness...Being a cigar smoker and Fuentes being one of my all around favorites, I was suprised to find what I found.  This building was bone dry ans EMPTY Actually more than empty, except for one thing that caught my eye. It was a signed poster/picture about 2 1/2 ft by 2 1/2 square and in good shape. Well you can see whosin the picture, Carlos sr. jr. and Cynthia..And it was signed by all 3.  I was surly seeing things..but I was not.
 
Can anyone tell me something about this ?
Age ? value? (will not sell it?) not at this time. etc etc.
While it may be worth squat, it brought good vibes to the now occupied building.  Was just amazed it was the only thing in here..yes only? lol
 
I have since this find , ordered a frame for display in my office.

Nice find Jim. I really don't how much it's worth but just chalk it up to a nice find and put it in your nice smoking room. If you don't have a smoking room then this should be your inspiration for one.

What and odd/cool find.  I doubt there's much value in the photo but it is something nice to have hanging on the wall.  Maybe it's a sign you should convert all 13,000 sq. feet to a huge smoking lounge!  Let me know when the Greenstick Lounge opens.
