What's a "Cancelled sale" anyway? ...It was a long day at work today, but I can't seem to figure that one out.

Well, if I jumped the gun, sorry. But this just looks so sketchy. I may come down and visit your store sometime, but I won't ever do business on the internet this way. Good luck.

I guess Atuck went down to TJ and checked them out: here. I would trust Atuck's judgement, but since I don't live near the border, there is little chance I will ever be doing business w/ them.

That being said, my guess is that "Cancelled sale" is probably just a poor translation for Closeout sale... just a guess.

I should have been more clear. We received an order for the two boxes mentioned, but the guy changed his mind. We cancelled the transaction but already shipped to boxes to CA. Since I am not interested in bringing them back over the border after having paid to ship them, I just want to sell them. Anyone close to the border should call us. If you can pick them up I'll deduct for shipping.

:sign: Has anyone seen the "How to order" page?

:sign: Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, meet me by the black rock on the second corner of the third street... And wear a pink bow in your hair!

Hey, we tried using PayPal, but they threw a tantrum about some stupid embargo against Cuba and closed our account for terms of use. We continue to seek another NON US bank to make things easier, but the electronic fund transfer isn't as complicated as it sounds. Alternatively, you can always come down to the store and we will arrange to get it crossed over for you, but in this case the merchandise is already in the US.

If I remember correctly, there is another topic about Tijuana Habano. I believe some CP members actually visited their shop in MX, and they are legit. Don't quote me though.

They may be legit but I wouldn't buy cigars from any vendor that you had to go through some sort of bank deposit crap.

I think TJ should stick to selling cigars on the streets and in his store.
I guarntee he wont get one person from any cigar BB buying his products this way. (If he does then that person is an idiot)

Yeah... The Cuban cigarettes!!!! What are codes on back of box please?

Why? I don't get it. What's the heartburn with bank deposits? We've been here for almost 15 years. I agree that coming down is preferable for everyone concerned because it relieves us of worries on delivering the merchandise and gives the customer a chance to know us and to see the product up close, but in situations in which the customer can't come down, I don't see what is so horrible about the bank deposits, they work right away. To the best of my knowledge there are no fees and they can be done from any bank without questions about whether merchandise complies with a million different statutes and international treaties.
