I'll be in Columbus for work from the 18th to the 22nd. Anyone in town want to meet up for a smoke?
 
If you're refering to Columbus, Ohio....hell yeah! I actually live about two and a half hours southeast, but I would love to herf with anyone. Hell, if I could get my grandmother to smoke a cigar I'd call it a party! PM me and let me know what your plans are. Perhaps we can con Cincycigarman and DarrenR(Akron) into travelling a few miles as well.

I'm interested if we are talking Columbus, OH, too. Lemme know! I am on the far north side of Cincinnati, so I can get to Columbus in a little over an hour and a half.
 
Awsome, gentlemen. I arrive Monday night at around 6pm and there till Friday morning, so any night after 6:30 or so is good for me. I just have no idea where to go for a smoke in Columbus...or anywhere else in Ohio for that matter. Let me know what's good for you all and where and I'll be there.
 
You know, I don't know Columbus all that well either. Let me know where you are staying so I can take a look see. I always go to the whatchamacallit in Easton. I know we can Herf in there. As far as bars go, that'll be tougher because the Ohio law went into effect last Thursday. I'll do my research. Cincy, is there a day that is best for you? Wednsday would probably work best for me but Thursday isn't bad either.

Let me check with my schedule coordinator (read: wife) and see what would work best. As for Columbus, I am not real familiar with what is up there as far as locations that would work well for this. I'll try to check with some people that might know the area a little better.
 
You guys have an opportunity to herf with a top notch brother of the leaf. Sam's a great guy with a lot of knowledge and a fantastic palate.

That's a hell of a driver Shooter, but I sure we would love to have you there.

This is the place I always go, but it is in the Easton Mall and traffic is a bitch. However, it is a nice place and they have a good selection if you are looking to try and find some sticks.

I'll make some calls today to see who's got the best lounge. I have called a few eateries and bars, but none allow smoking. I'll keep trying. Any day looking good?

Guys - Weds night is the only time I can do this, and I am not 100% yet, will know for sure later today. Shooter, that would be sweet if you came up, man.
 
Wednsday is perfect for me. Laura is with her mom wrapping presents and Jake is at his dad's house.
 
Guys - I am 100% for Weds night. Does this still work for you strayvector and nfulton? I work down south of Cincinnati, and have to work, so by the time I get to Columbus it will probably be closer to 7:30.

Shooter - if you are really considering this and want to meet me here at CVG around 5-5:30, we could cruise the rest of the way up there together, let me know what you are thinking.

This place looks cool. I am going to call and make sure they can still cater to cigar smokers.
 
I'm good for Wednesday night, too. We need to go to a place to has some smokes to buy since I didn't make it home this past weekend and I have no smokes on me. If not, I'll hit a smoke shop later today. Those of you guys driving or thinking of overnighting it, you're all welcome to use my hotel room. I'm staying at the Doubletree Suites in downtown Columbus. Its a 2 room suite with a sofa bed in the living room and if needs be, I can change to a room with 2 doubles. LMK.
 
Alright. It looks like the Tinder Box in Easton wins. The guys there are nice and pretty well informed. They have a smoking lounge that comfotably seats 10 and they are open until 9. I am sure they can give us directions to a bar or eatery that is cigar friendly when they kick us out.

The best way to get there for us out of towners is 270. It is on the northeast corner of Columbus and right on the interstate. Strayvector, I am not sure the easiest way for you to get there :( as I am not that familiar with Columbus.

Hey guys - I worked it out so I actually have a mid-day meeting with a customer in Columbus tomorrow, so I will be there and probably killing time now until we want to get together, instead of rushing up there after work.

What time shall we meet at Tinder Box?
