Cigar: Cain Maduro (5.75 x 50)

Cost: Free because a friend gave it to me.

Drink: Barq's Creme Soda

This is a triple fermented 100% ligero cigar that was created by Sam Leccia.

Appearance: This has a maduro wrapper on it. There were no veins showing. The band is simple and classy. The appearance gets a 8/10

Pre-Light: It has a strong flavor that is hard to describe.

Construction: Held an average ash. The ash was kind of flaky. The draw was perfect. The cigar required only a few minor touchups because I am very picky about having a cigar burn perfectly

Taste of the cigar: This cigar has a peppery and woodsy flavor to it. I also picked up a hint of chocolate at one point.

Here is my smoking buddy Henry:

Strength: This is without a doubt a full bodied cigar.

Summary: This cigar was really, really, really, (did I say really?) good. I would definitely these again. I give it a 9/10.

I had the pleasure of smoking one of these the other day, and I concur: it was really, really good! Great review!

I just smoked this cigar tonight as well (Maduro Cain) - started off very smooth with a leathery black cherry taste with a slight underlying spice. What I really liked about this cigar is that it kept building with the spice becomming more prevelant. I enjoyed this cigar.

Thanks for the review. Looking forward to trying some of these when I find them. Hope my B&M will stock them.

Couldn't agree more with your review. Although I did have the Habano wrapper, this is one amazing stick. Don't let all the hype about the ligero scare you, try this smoke, you will not be dissapointed!
