So the 750's are $30+ a bottle. Mike, have you seen any 375's around and if so, whats the price on those? Thanks!
I have a big problem paying that kind of money period! I've stumbled across some great brews that could be had for a quarter of that price. But with craft beer (same as cigars too) you'll find people who will pay the price. Makes me wonder if it's hype or a truly great product.
I paid somewheres around $15 for a bottle of Chimay Blue and came away unimpressed. Maybe when it comes to craft beers I have cheap taste!
Is anyone else a little gunshy to shell out the kind of $$$ Tomme's asking for this considering all the QA/PR issues they've been having lately?

I haven't seen any reports of flat tomme, so I wouldn't mind grabbing some 375s.

I saw one report but it was unfounded. Its hard to pay over $20 for a bottle of beer but I refuse to pay 30+ for a LA beer after his AS debacle. He left many retailers holding the bag with shit-loads of overpriced flat beer.

With that said is there any way for me to tell if my flat AS are carbonating?
I've been shaking the bottles every now and then to move the yeast around and keeping them in high temp rooms (60-70 someone suggested to go as high as 80 degrees). One thing I noticed this last time I shook the bottle bubbles form in the air pocket underneath the cork...Could this be a sign?
The sad thing is a lot of these retailers are still trying to sell them at $30...I told one guy I will take 3 botlles for $30, he laughed at me, I was thinking in my head poor bastig he will be stuck with those bottles.

That's a damn good question. I did the same thing, shook a few bottles up and it looked like some bubbles were forming but as someone pointed out to me, if you shake a bottle of water up it does the same thing. Last I heard from someone who opened it there has been little to no change.
