Hey guys, I smoked the Bucanero Canon Cubano tonight. It wasn't too bad. It's a 5.5X60 maduro. The prelight aroma was the typical habano barnyard variety, and the draw was easy. After the flame I tasted clean white pepper, wood, and more barnyard flavors. This stick was consistent all the way through, as was intended. (I was listening to the Dogwatch episode where they interviewed the maker of these fine cigars.) I was slightly disappointed with the volume of smoke in this cigar as it was sub-par. The rhythm of the stick was also somewhat hurried. I was getting a few burn issues as well. I had to constantly touch up the wrapper, probably because it has such a large ring gauge. I give 7.5 of 10 overall. 9 for taste, docked for smoke volume, rhythm and a few burn issues.
