Nice lonsdale size. I guess about 6X46 Maybe Nic tabacco and a nice dark maduro wrapper. Great construction on this cigar. It is a very dark rich looking wrapper; it is very smooth and smells great.

Light this bad boy up and tasted some nice earthy tones to start off with. The ash was very white and firm and the burn was perfect so far.

After the first inch or so some strong chocolate flavors came through and the earthy flavors faded to the background. The ash did very well and the burn was still razor sharp aproaching the half-way mark. The cigar is very smooth and it left a buttery finish on my palate. That's right, I said butta...

The ash fell off about the half-way point and the cigar continued with the chocolate flavor. It was very rich and smooth until about the 2" mark. At this time a burnt tobacco flavor took over and the cigar was not as enjoyable. I smoked it down to 1" and decided to put it out. Overall the cigar was extremely good and reminded me of the Plasencia Maduros that I smoke on a regular basis which are comparable to the Padron regular line. Thanks a bunch to Paul for gifting me with this cigar, and I am excited to find out what cigar I smoked so i can pick-up a box. Definately worth the $2 price-tag.

Nice review. I am interested in hearing what it is too after the last couple of blind reviews on this stick

Nicely done, Brandon. Now, what could it be...???

Nice review Brandon and your review completes the blind test. So now you want to know what it is. Drum roll please......

Magnum Force # 42 or # 46 each is $49.95 for 24 cigars @ JR Cigars (description).

Carefully crafted in Santiago, the Magnum Force is handrolled in a coal black, Havana-seed Medio Tiempo wrapper. A complex recipe of select Nicaraguan and Piloto Cubana leaf offers the smoker a lush, naturally sweet, charred flavor. Dense in body, this a deceptively robust, but not overpowering blend. Link

Pretty good cigar for a little over $2 a stick. In a year they will be even better. Load up before they are gone. I am currently sitting on 5 boxes mysellf, and ordering 1 a week. ;)
