Hey every1,
Stopped by my local shop with the money i received from relatives and picked myself up one of these:

Absolutely beautiful packaging and cigars. At $89 its not a bad price for five PAM64s either, let alone if one of them is an "A"!

SWEET - Can you smoke them right away, or do they need to rest for a month or 2?

They look mighty fine, but im going to let them sit for a month before smoking them. I have a few other PAM64's that i'll have to select from for my New Year's cigar though!

I still have over a 1/2 a box of Padron 1964 Maduros from February of 2005. I smoked 3 of them within the last week and boy do they taste nice.

Nice score 50! Beautiful packaging indeed. Now you need a Serie 1926 maddie sampler to complete the set. ;) They're ready to smoke now but boy, age will just make them all the more delectable.

Congratulations

They had the 1926 holiday packs there, but i can't allow myself to get hooked on those....the PAM64's are thinning my wallet as it is! lol.

The few 26's ive had, especially the No. 6 Maduro, were absolutely phenomenal though.

I've got 2 full boxes of "unsmoked" 1926 Maddies in my humidor at my office. One is a 1926 #6 Maduro and the other one is a 1926 #35 Maduro.

Very nice!! I like Mr. President's Padron 1926s

The 1964s are very nice cigars but I'm more of a fan of the 1926s, just my own personal preference. Be sure to try a few of each (1964 & 1926) and see which ones you like better. ;)

I definitely prefer the 26's over the 64's, but that's comparable to preferring a Ferrari over a Porsche...both are EXCELLENT choices, but your wallet is only able to support the "lesser" one!

Smoked the 1926 No.35 Natural i got from my Secret Santa tonight...was a HELLUVA cigar!

Very nice score indeed, darn do they look delicious! $89 wasn't bad at all, might have to keep my eyes open for one of these.

I must be a deviant. I prefer the 1964's. Maybe because I've been smoking these for so long that they've become like that comfortable sweater that you know and can snuggle up with. :D Of course, I wouldn't kick a 1926 out of bed...but they are a bit pricey for a daily smoke.
