Just wanted to throw a post in here about a recent experience with John. Long story short, there was a slight mix-up with the order and John showed he is a stand-up BOTL by not only making things right, but adding extras on top. I can't say how much I appreciate it that, when something goes awry, the other party goes to lengths to make it right. So John, thank you for assisting this newbie in his first CP buy and for being a stand-up BOTL.
