Beads Brand question

OK, I am gone 6 months and come back and the beads of choice appear to be Viper's. What happened to the Climaxx Bead brand? I have my guesses but will wait reply.

I am currenlty using Climaxx Beads.

I'm pretty sure that I read that Climaxx went out of business.

From what I understand, Viper's beads are pretty much the same thing, he just happens to be the best source as far as service goes.

Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

You are correct, Climmax went out of business. Heartfelt Beads are the same type of product made by a different manufacturer.

That was my guess. Order response rate was terrible if I recall correctly. Backorders were the norm.

Not sure of all the details, but Climaxx is / was "local" for me, and I couldn't get him to meet me to do a cash / goods swap. I heard rumors that Vern had some health issues but what I do know is that his website now re-directs and he appears to be out of business. Hope all is well with him, but his retail business seems to be no more.

Viper's customer service is second to none, and his products work flawlessly. I've got his beads in my cooler and desktop humi; easy to recommend... :thumbs:

Viper Rocks!!! I use the beads in both of my home humis and my travel humi. And his customer service is excellent!
