Funny little story.

My fiance and I went to our local shop today over lunch after we were advised of a nice Padron Ann. and Maximus sale by cigardawg. I picked up a few sticks (avoided the impluse buy; box of Maximus robustos at a steal of a price) and made my way out of the humidor.

Jack went to ring up my order and I noticed that Hilary had a few cigars of her own. Jack had given her two little cigarillos (cinnimon and vanilla flavor) to get her started cigar smoking; she was pretty excited.

So on our way back home she looks over and sheepishly says, "You think I could keep these in your humidor?". Classic! Totally classic.

So over lunch I had to "clear space" for her two cigars.

Maybe she needs to just skip those and go straight to the Opus; what do you think Scot???

LOL. Well, my fiance smokes those little Kahlua cigarillos and she has me keep the 5 packs in the cooler. They are still in the bag and on top of the boxes, so they don't bother my real smokes.

...sweet of you, but aren't you worried that her candy-canes are gonna make the rest of the contents in your humi smell like a confectionary? :0

:D
It's cool thast she wants to share in your hobby

Beware,
If she starts to like the Opus you will lose yours
keep her liking the little flavored ones ;)

That's the problem cigardawg had with his girlfriend (I'm sure he will pipe in here with the story). Bottom line - he started her with an Opus and now she actually has better cigars in her humidor (yes, she has her own now) than I do. ???

Be careful with your women - you start them on good stuff you are on your way to heaps o' trouble.

I'll ask Carolyn to have a talk with her. She won't stay on the flavored ones for long. Get ready for your primo smokes to start going a little faster than usual.

My wife likes the CAO moontrance and a couple other CAO flavours. I started up on the Pimp Sticks (Natural by Drew Estate) when we share office time. She digs the smell. Well.........I came home yesterday and she's sitting in my chair with a Pimp Stick in her mits bellowing out a mouthful of smoke. She's not full on into the humi, but she knows what to look for. And she likes a puff or two of whatever I'm smoking now and then

I've noticed a few smokes missing before. As soon as the missing sticks are Davidoff MBs, OPUS, PAM, and/or DC Maximus we'll have to have a coming to Jesus meeting. Until then, I guess it's cool. She can't wait for the box of HdM Petite Robustos to come in. She's been wanting to see what all of the hype is about (the Havana hype).

But hey, then again, she is the accountant.........

My problem is this...a very good friend in San Antonio gave my girlfriend a short story as her first cigar and an Opus XXX belicoso as her second. I'm screwed no matter how you look at it. She has tried the flavored cigars...she made a twisted face and tossed it in the fire. She likes the real thing. Her current favorite is the Partagas Series D No. 4. However, she'll smoke a DC Maximus, VSG, short story, or RP Vintage Petite Corona in a pinch.

She is also very good friends with LC-Smoker's fiance.

You just wait Patrick. Those padrons you bought today are going to disappear soon. Hide the habanas. Stash the Opus. I'm telling you, its coming. He he he...just couldn't resist.

And I would do anything for love, but I wont do that!!!

LOL
