I was handed one of these beautiful cigars by our local Davidoff Rep for cosideration. Here's they way it lined up:
Wrapper: Small veins and a soft, velvety feel.
Construction is good, no hard or soft spots.
Prelight draw was easy, with hints of cocoa.
Initial flavor: A medium bodied cigar who's flavor grows as the cigar progresses to the first third of the cigar.
Middle flavor: Rich, complex flavors of cocoa, leather, and a very slight grass.
Burn : Started a little uneven but worked itself out.
Ash: Medium Grey, with flecks of white. Solid and dense
Finish: I could swear I tasted apricot in there somewhere.
Overall impression: This is a great addition to the AVO line. A good medium bodied cigar with lots of smoke and flavor. Stayed cool throughout the stick and I smoked it to the nub. A big thumbs up from this cigar smoker.
