Smoker's Delight

I sampled a B&M day before yesterday and was impressed. The humi appeared well stocked (to my limited perspective), and there was a good selection of quality accessories. In the back is a fully licensed bar and television - seats about 20 with good ventalation. There were two patrons watching the news and enjoying the leaf.
It was staffed by a really nice Korean lady - she told me her name but I've forgotten. She was knowledgable and gave me a detailed tour of the humi. She was honest, gently querying me on my knowledge and preferences. I wound up with 4 selections: Partagas 1845, Occidental Reserve, Arturo Fuente Grand Reserve, and a Carlos Torano 1916. $2.50 for the Occidental and about $8 each for the others. There were several sample bags on the wall. Included in each was one stick with no band and with 'its a boy' ont he wrapper. When I asked, she acknowledged that the bags were low quality for one-time buyers (duh).
I'm new to the delights of cigars, but not fresh off the bus. My gut tells me this lady deserves my business. I'll still most likely buy my dailies (at the moment, Rolys) on the Internet, and will take advantage of deals offered by online vendors, but I'll be visiting to buy and try new stuff. And...until my humi improves, I'll need to visit and pick up special trades and passes.
