My inlaws live in a very small town called Halletsville which is, to us city folks, out in the boonies. I thought since my wife was going to visit them for the weekend that I'd go purchase a couple of authentic NL Championship shirts for her to take to her dad who is a hugh Astros fan. I went to the local Academy Sports store this morning and flipped out when I saw a line of people that came out the store, down one side of the parking lot curving around along the back of the parking lot. There had to be 2-300 people in this line. I'm like WTF? As suspected they were all in line for authentic Astros shirts.

Guess what? My father in-law will not be getting a t-shirt this weekend. Prob just as well.... I'm sure he'll want the World Series Champion shirt instead.
